Working Principle
The PVC Hot Cold Mixer Unit operates through two connected mixing stages. First, raw materials are loaded into the vertical hot mixer. The high-speed blades create strong circulation and friction, allowing PVC resin and additives to achieve uniform dispersion while increasing temperature.
When the preset hot mixing condition is reached, the material is transferred automatically to the horizontal cooling mixer.
