| Production Line: | Dexonmarine operates over 20 advanced rotational molding machines to ensure the delivery of high-quality polyethylene buoys. These buoys are designed for durability in the harshest marine environments. For navigation lanterns, our integrated production process encompasses PCBA assembly, lens processing, structural housing fabrication, solar panel mounting, lithium battery pack lines, final assembly, and quality control testing. All units are manufactured in-house, ensuring full traceability, compatibility, and delivery reliability. | History: | Company History – Dexonmarine / Chengdu Dixin Technology Co., Ltd. 2008 – Delivered first-generation navigation lights to domestic lighthouse bureaus. 2012 – Expanded into AIS technology, launching early versions of integrated AtoN terminals. 2015 – Developed smart power management and Beidou-based remote monitoring systems. 2018 – Officially registered Chengdu Dixin Technology Co., Ltd. and certified as an IALA industrial member. 2019–2023 – Served over 20 major navigation authorities across China, with full project delivery, acceptance, and national recognition. 2024 – Launched Dexonmarine brand for international markets; began exporting marine buoys, AIS lanterns, and control systems to Southeast Asia and South America. 2025 – Expanded product line to include DMF-series navigation buoys, 10NM LED lanterns, and modular AIS monitoring stations for offshore and inland waterway projects. |
