The large-sized dot calibration board is a high-precision optical calibration benchmark for large field vision systems. Its core function is to correct lens distortion, establish precise mapping relationships between physical dimensions and pixels, and adapt to industrial large field of view detection, autonomous driving, 3D reconstruction, and other scenarios.
1. Core parameters and specifications
The maximum size that can be customized without splicing is 1680 × 3500mm, and some autonomous driving models can reach a single block size of 3m × 5m, supporting splicing to achieve a super large field of view coverage of over 10m. The diameter of the circular dots can be selected in various specifications such as 3mm and 5mm, and the graphic accuracy can reach 1 μ m. Some high-precision ceramic models can achieve an accuracy of 0.001mm.
