Guangzhou Office – South China Operations Hub

Team Composition:

• Warehouse Operations Team – Manages cargo consolidation, warehousing, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and repackaging services across the Pearl River Delta, with an average daily processing capacity of 100+ shipments.

• Customs Brokerage Team – Senior customs declarants with deep expertise in export clearance procedures at major ports including Nansha, Huangpu, and Baiyun International Airport, experienced in handling sensitive goods and special commodity categories.

• Shipping Coordination Team – Liaises with shipping lines, airlines, and trucking fleets to ensure on-time loading and smooth transshipment of all cargo.

Leveraging the manufacturing hub of South China, the Guangzhou office serves as our largest cargo consolidation and export operations base, with particular expertise in handling time-sensitive e-commerce shipments.

Iran Office – Middle East Local Clearance Specialist

Team Composition:

• Local Customs Clearance Team – Based in Tehran, comprised of local experts with in-depth knowledge of Iranian customs regulations. Fluent in Persian and English, they specialize in handling dynamic HS code adjustments, import license applications, tariff planning, and other complex clearance matters.

• Local Delivery Fleet – Covers all major Iranian cities including Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz, and Tabriz. Our own and partner fleet ensures that customers can receive their goods as soon as possible after customs clearance.

• Regulatory Affairs Desk – Continuously monitors trade policy changes in Iran and the broader Middle East region (including sanctions updates and currency fluctuations), providing clients with risk alerts and compliance recommendations.

• Client Relations Team – Serves as a communication bridge between local Iranian importers and Chinese exporters, coordinating special requirements between shippers and consignees.

• Local Clearance & Documentation Team – Well-versed in Thai customs procedures (including BOI-promoted project clearance and Form E certificate of origin applications), delivering precise import clearance and documentation services.

• Warehousing & Distribution Team – Operates service nodes in Bangkok and Laem Chabang, offering container stripping, cargo deconsolidation, temporary storage, and nationwide delivery services covering key industrial zones including Chonburi and Rayong.
