Process Introduction
120g is produced on a heavy‑duty cylinder machine with reinforced press rolls. The pulp consistency is slightly higher (0.8‑1.0%) to reduce water load. The Yankee dryer operates at moderate speed to ensure even drying without curl. After drying, the paper is soft calendered once to avoid flattening the stripes. Finished rolls are slit to widths up to 1194mm.
