Used widely as baking paper for cakes, pizza base liners, and fried food trays, 30 g/㎡ waxed paper is a standard-thickness grade. The high-gloss surface provides a non-stick property, while the greaseproofness prevents oil seepage. It can withstand oven temperatures up to 180°C for short durations (as a liner). Available in both rolls for bakery automation and pre-cut sheets for retail use.

30g waxed paper uses bleached sulfate softwood chemical pulp with high viscosity refining and heavy sizing for enhanced water and grease resistance. The formed web undergoes multi-cylinder drying at 105-115°C to 6-8% moisture, then supercalendering under high pressure to achieve the glossy finish. No wax dipping is applied – the gloss is purely mechanical. For food contact applications, production follows GB 4806.8 requirements with no fluorescent whitening agents.
30g is the standard baking grade – reliable non-stick performance, heat resistance, and greaseproofness for everyday baking and food service.
