Process Introduction
Internal dyeing process with high-lightfast yellow reactive dye. Pulp blend: 70% bleached hardwood + 20% deinked + 10% softwood. Beating at 60-70°SR, dye addition 0.2-0.4%. AKD sizing for moisture resistance. Fourdrinier forming, gentle pressing, gradual drying (80-105°C), and soft calendering to maintain flexibility. Color monitored online with ΔE≤1.2.
