Process Introduction
Produced via internal dyeing: 70% bleached hardwood pulp + 20% deinked pulp + 10% softwood pulp. Water-based direct red dye (0.1-0.5% on oven-dry pulp) is added during beating. Beating degree 60-70°SR ensures slight fibrillation without cutting fibers. AKD/ASA sizing (0.1-0.3%) prevents ink bleed. Formed on fourdrinier thin paper machine at 0.6-0.8% consistency, wire speed 300-600 m/min. Pressed, dried gradually (80-105°C) to 92-94% dryness, then soft calendered (2-3 rolls, 50-70°C, 30-50 N/mm) for a smooth, flexible finish. Packed in moisture-proof cartons.
