The finished product inspection area is equipped with a comprehensive performance test bench, which can simultaneously test the absorption amount, absorption speed, leak-proof performance, softness and other indicators of the diaper, and the test data is automatically recorded and archived. In addition, artificial intelligence image recognition system is introduced to carry out comprehensive detection of product appearance, identify stains, damage and other defects, and ensure that the defective rate is less than 0.08%, providing users with high-quality products.
