Product Description
The production line is unique in the quality control configuration. In the production process, the online visual inspection system is installed in each key process, and the high-definition camera is used to monitor the appearance of the product in real time, which can accurately identify the smallest defects, such as pinholes, missing materials, etc. In terms of size control, the laser ranging sensor is used to monitor the product size in real time, and once there is a deviation, the system immediately feedback and automatically adjust the equipment parameters. The finished product inspection area is equipped with a simulated wearing test device to simulate the use of the diaper under the condition of human movement and test its leak-proof performance. In addition, odor detection equipment is also introduced to ensure that the product has no odor, multidimensional protection of product quality, and the defective rate is strictly controlled within 0.05%.
