This exhaust valve manages exhaust gas flow from the combustion chamber in moderate to heavy-duty diesel applications where exhaust temperatures exceed 700°C.

Maintains structural integrity at continuous exhaust gas temperatures up to 750°C
Stem receives advanced gas nitriding creating 0.03-0.05 mm deep diffusion layer exceeding 800 HV hardness
45° seat angle precision-machined to Ra 0.4-0.8 µm finish for positive sealing
Tip features induction hardening to 55-60 HRC to resist cupping under 1,200+ N valve spring loads
