Q2. How to guarantee the quality of your products?
Production follows signed back samples with strict testing during the production process
Products undergo strict sampling inspection or 100% inspection as required before leaving the factory to ensure product packaging is intact
Q3. Can you provide samples? Are they free or do we need to pay?
For products without logos or special patterns (most are in stock), we don't charge sample fees, though shipping costs apply. For special products or items not in stock, there will be sample fees and freight charges. Sample fees are refundable with your first order.
Q4. How do you deliver?
By sea, by air, or by courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT)
Q5. What's your payment term?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - 30% TT in advance, balance before shipment
