Material: PET or Glass
Usage: Vacuum Blood Collection Tube is used together with blood collection needle and holder for Blood Sample Collection from Vein for clinic testing.
Heparin tubes are coated with spray-dried lithium heparin or sodium heparin. These tubes are used for collecting blood specimen or biochemistry tests and some test items in blood rheology. The anti-coagulants heparin activates anti-thrombins, thus blocking the coagulation cascade of the blood specimen producing a whole blood/ plasma sample instead of clotted blood plus serum.
Product Structure: Protective cap, Plastic tube or Glass Tube, Rubber Plug, and additive.
Sterilization: Non sterilization, or Gamma ray

Heparin anticoagulant tube
Heparin was added to the blood collection vessel.
Heparin directly has the effect of antithrombin, which can prolong the clotting time of the sample. Used for emergency and most biochemical experiments, such as liver function, kidney function, blood lipids, blood sugar, etc. Suitable for red blood cell fragility test, blood gas analysis, hematocrit test, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and ordinary biochemical tests, not suitable for blood coagulation test. Excessive heparin can cause aggregation of white blood cells and cannot be used for white blood cell counting. It is not suitable for white blood cell classification because it can cause the background of blood slides to appear light blue after staining. It can be used for blood rheology, and the sample type is plasma. After blood collection, it is immediately inverted and mixed 5-8 times, and the upper layer of plasma is taken for backup.
