This 0.025mm Ni200/201 pure nickel wire is flexible and weldable for aerospace and industrial duty — with nickel content of 99.2% minimum (Ni200) and 99.0% (Ni201). The 0.025mm wire is widely used in military, aerospace, medical, chemical, electronic and other industries. Produced on our own nickel-alloy line, every spool is inspected per batch before packaging.

Micro wire for aerospace and industrial service must be consistent: the same diameter, the same chemistry, the same response to forming and welding, spool after spool. The 0.025mm Ni200/201 wire serves military, aerospace, medical, chemical, electronic and other industries, with per-batch verification behind every delivery.
Pure nickel wire responds well to hot rolling, cold forming and machining, and is compatible with conventional welding, brazing and soldering processes. That combination — formable and joinable — is what makes it practical in aerospace and industrial assemblies.
At 0.025 mm, drawing precision decides performance. Wire is drawn to the specified diameter with tolerances locked per drawing and inspected at final inspection, so the micro wire holds its dimension and surface across the spool.
Produced on our own nickel-alloy line, every spool passes chemical composition analysis, diameter inspection and surface checks in our in-house inspection process before packaging.
