A bright surface is a quality signal on battery strip: no scale, no oxidation — just clean metal for a stable weld contact. Our bright nickel strip in 4P patterns for 18650 packs is produced from Ni200/Ni201 pure nickel (≥99.2%/≥99.0% Ni) with low electrical resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m, and custom widths locked against your drawing. Every batch is made on our own nickel-only line, inspected per batch and shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates — 5 kg MOQ, 3-7 day delivery for small lots, 7-15 days for standard production.
Bright strip is produced in 4P patterns for 18650 packs, with thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm (hot-sale 0.15/0.2 mm) and battery widths of 2-15 mm. Pattern geometry, pitch and tolerances are confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.
A bright, scale-free surface means the weld tip contacts clean metal every time: no oxide layer to burn through, no scale to add resistance. That is why bright finish is specified for high-volume 18650 welding lines, where contact consistency decides joint quality.
4P patterns connect four cells in parallel for 18650 layouts, distributing pack current across the connection strip. Pattern geometry and pitch are punched to the drawing and verified per batch.
Surface condition is checked per batch for scale, oxidation and burr. A consistent surface keeps weld parameters valid from the first joint to the last — which is the difference between a line that runs and a line that reworks.
