Pitch distance is where a battery strip stands or falls: at 22.75 mm, a tenth of a millimetre of drift puts the weld pad off the cell tab. Our 22.75mm pitch nickel strip for 21700 packs is punched in 2P/3P/4P patterns from Ni200/Ni201 pure nickel (≥99.2%/≥99.0% Ni), with custom widths and thicknesses locked against your drawing. Every batch is made on our own nickel-only line, inspected per batch and shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates from an ISO 9001 certified facility — 5 kg MOQ, 7-15 day delivery.
Strip is punched at a 22.75 mm pitch for 21700 cell spacing, in 2P/3P/4P patterns, with thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm (hot-sale 0.15/0.2 mm) and battery widths of 2-15 mm. Pitch, pattern geometry and tolerances are confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.
21700 cells sit at a fixed spacing in the pack, and the strip pitch must match that spacing exactly — otherwise the weld pad lands off the tab. Pitch is punched to 22.75 mm as specified and verified per batch against the drawing.
2P/3P/4P patterns repeat the pitch across parallel cell groups. The pitch stays identical for every joint, so the whole pack welds on the same geometry with the same available space.
The tab joint carries the cell's full current path. Strip at 0.096 μΩ·m (20 °C) keeps the connection's resistance contribution low and uniform across every joint in the pack.

Quality control starts at the melt: raw material composition is verified against UNS N02200/N02201 before rolling, then every batch is gauged for pitch, pattern geometry, thickness and surface condition, and checked for burr against the drawing. Pattern strip is supplied in rolls or cut lengths, edge-protected and moisture-wrapped, then packed in cartons and export wooden cases. Documentation — mill test certificates, batch records and packing lists — accompanies every order, with a standard lead time of 7-15 days from confirmed drawing.
