A 21700 pack runs higher currents per cell, which makes strip resistance the number to watch — at 0.096 μΩ·m, pure nickel keeps it low. Our nickel strip for 21700 battery is produced in Ni201 (≥99.0% Ni) and Ni200 grades, in battery widths of 2-15 mm with custom sizes locked against your drawing. Every batch is made on our own nickel-only line, inspected per batch and shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates from an ISO 9001 certified facility — 5 kg MOQ, 7-15 day delivery.

Strip is produced in thicknesses of 0.05-0.5 mm (hot-sale 0.15/0.2 mm) and battery widths of 2-15 mm for 21700 pack layouts. Pattern geometry, available space and tolerances are confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.

21700 cells carry higher current than 18650 cells of the same chemistry, so connection resistance becomes a larger share of total pack loss. Strip at 0.096 μΩ·m (20 °C) keeps that loss low and uniform across the pack.
Ni201 holds ≥99.0% Ni with ≤0.02% carbon. For battery strip, the high nickel content keeps resistance and impurity effects consistent, while the low carbon budget supports stability in packs that run warm.
21700 packs use wider cell spacing than 18650, which changes strip length and pitch requirements. Widths of 2-15 mm are standard, with custom lengths, pitches and pattern layouts produced per drawing.
