21700 lines start with 0.15 mm more often than any other gauge — and a trial coil is the fastest way to prove it on your welder. Our 0.15mm nickel strip for 21700 cells is produced from Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) in 2P/3P/4P patterns, with custom widths locked against your drawing. Start with a free N6/Ni200 sample, confirm the strip on your line, then scale — 5 kg MOQ, 3-7 day delivery for small lots and 7-15 days for standard production, from our ISO 9001 certified nickel-only line.

Strip is produced at 0.15 mm as specified (within the 0.05-0.5 mm range) in 2P/3P/4P patterns for 21700 cells, with battery widths of 2-15 mm. Pattern geometry, pitch and tolerances are confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.

0.15 mm balances cross-section and weld energy for typical 21700 pack currents: enough section to carry the current, thin enough to weld without excess heat. It is the gauge most pack lines qualify first, and it is held to drawing tolerance batch after batch.
Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) is the default battery strip grade: full ductility for forming, low resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m for consistent welds, and the grade most battery supply chains already specify.
2P/3P/4P patterns connect 21700 cells in parallel groups, with pitch and available space set to the pack layout. Patterns are punched to the drawing and checked for burr and dimensional accuracy per batch.
Qualification usually starts with a 0.5 kg sample: N6/Ni200 samples are free, Ni201/N4 samples are charged and refunded on a first order of 50 kg or more. The sample geometry is produced per drawing, so the production run matches the coil you tested.

Quality control starts at the melt: raw material composition is verified against UNS N02200 before rolling, then every batch is gauged for thickness, pattern geometry, width and surface condition, and checked for burr against the drawing. Batch records link each order back to the melt, and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates ship with every consignment.
