The spiral welded pipe unit is a standard finalized unit developed and improved by Duolek Heavy Industries on the basis of absorbing the essence of foreign forming process technologies and combining with the actual domestic situation. ▶ The production process of the spiral welded pipe unit:

• Raw materials include strip steel coils, welding wire, and flux. Strict physical and chemical inspections must be conducted before investment.
• The head and tail of the strip steel are connected by single or double wire submerged arc welding, and after being rolled into a steel pipe, active submerged arc welding is used for repair welding.
• Before forming, the strip steel undergoes leveling, trimming, planing, surface cleaning, transportation, and pre bending treatment.
• Using an electric contact pressure gauge to control the pressure of the oil cylinders on both sides of the conveyor to ensure the smooth transportation of the strip steel.
• Adopting external or internal control roller molding.
• Adopting a weld seam gap control device to ensure that the weld seam gap meets the welding requirements, the pipe diameter, misalignment, and weld seam gap are strictly controlled.
• Both internal and external welding are carried out using American Lincoln welding machines for single or double wire submerged arc welding, thereby achieving stable welding quality.
• Use an air plasma cutting machine to cut steel pipes into individual pieces.
• Each batch of steel pipes must undergo a strict inspection system to check the mechanical properties, chemical composition, fusion condition, surface quality of the steel pipes, and undergo non-destructive testing to ensure that the pipe manufacturing process is qualified before it can be officially put into production.

Q:What’s your quality control system?

A:We operate ISO9001 Quality Management System. We control our products quality by our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing and Inspection before packing. Each step has inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.

Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?

A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
