ZF-R Series Energy-Saving Motor Soft Starter

An energy-saving soft starter is an electrical control device that combines motor soft start technology with energy-saving control functions. It aims to reduce the inrush current during motor startup while optimizing operating parameters to achieve energy-saving goals.

I. Working Principle

Energy-saving soft starters control the conduction angle of power electronic devices (such as thyristors, IGBTs, etc.) to gradually adjust the voltage and current applied to the motor, enabling smooth acceleration during startup and avoiding the inrush current generated by traditional direct startup methods.
