The DJI M30 drone parachute system is developed based on the DJI SDK and the APS intelligent parachute deployment mechanism. By fusing flight data from both the drone sensors and the parachute's onboard sensors, the system gains accurate insight into real-time flight attitude. When abnormal conditions occur, the APS algorithm triggers propeller stop and parachute deployment commands within milliseconds, ensuring safe deceleration and controlled landing at an average descent speed of 4.6 m/s.

Two-Way Data Fusion with the Drone
The M30 and parachute system exchange and fuse attitude, altitude, motor status, and flight-state data in real time for precise emergency decision-making.
Reusable Modular Structure
Modular design separates the main controller from the parachute module. After deployment, operators only need to replace the parachute module for cost-efficient restoration.
Quick-Release Installation
Tool-free quick-release mounting allows for fast installation and removal, reducing operating time and improving field efficiency.
APS Intelligent Safety Workflow
In emergencies, the APS safety system first stops the propellers and then deploys the parachute, preventing secondary hazards such as propeller strikes or entanglement.
Self-Developed APS Algorithm for Automatic Deployment
The APS algorithm integrates motor RPM, battery status, attitude, flight mode, and altitude to accurately identify emergencies and execute safe protection sequences.
Safety Sequence: When a sudden failure occurs, the system executes a strict sequence: propeller stop → parachute deployment → audio/visual alarm → slow descent, ensuring safe protection of the DJI Matrice 30 series.
