【Working Principle】Filtered air is heated to a precisely regulated set temperature and enters the drying chamber uniformly through an automated air distributor. Liquid feed is delivered by a variable-speed metering pump to a high-speed centrifugal atomizer (10,000 to 30,000 rpm) under closed-loop speed control, atomizing into fine droplets that contact hot air and dry within seconds; particle size, moisture and yield are continuously monitored and logged.
【Automation & Premium Engineering Features】① Full PLC + SCADA/HMI architecture with recipe management for inlet/outlet temperature, feed rate, atomizer speed and airflow, enabling validated, repeatable product changeover; ② Closed-loop control: outlet air temperature and feed rate are automatically coordinated to maintain target moisture content despite feed variability, with optional inline particle size analyzer feedback; ③ Full 21 CFR Part 11/GMP Annex 11 compliant data historian with electronic batch records, alarm history, audit trail and automated batch report generation; ④ Premium construction: 316L stainless steel wetted parts, precision-balanced atomizer wheel (ceramic or hard-alloy option), mirror-polished (Ra ≤0.4μm) tower interior, validated CIP (Clean-in-Place) cycle with recorded cleaning parameters; ⑤ Remote monitoring and predictive maintenance via Ethernet/OPC-UA connectivity integrated into plant MES; ⑥ Redundant safety instrumentation including high-temperature, high-pressure and atomizer vibration monitoring exceeding standard configuration.
