I,Basic structure
The main body of the hot air circulation oven is an insulated box body, equipped with air inlet, steam heat exchange pipelines, dehumidification ports, circulation air ducts and electric control valves. Inside, there are adjustable air distribution plates and baking tray placement layers. It fully includes the basic structure of hot air circulation, steam heating, dehumidification and temperature control.
II,Principle of operation
The CT-C hot air circulation oven achieves a closed circulation of hot air inside the oven through a low-noise high-temperature axial fan. Steam/electricity/far-infrared heat source heats the air, and the hot air evenly passes through the material on the baking tray to remove moisture, increasing the thermal efficiency of the oven from the traditional drying room 3-7% to the current 35-45%, with a maximum thermal efficiency of up to 50%. Equipped with an automatic control system for temperature control and dehumidification, it efficiently completes the drying of materials.
