I, Basic structure
The main body of the hot air circulation oven is an insulated box body, equipped with air inlet, steam heat exchange pipelines, dehumidification ports, circulation air ducts and electric control valves. Inside, there are adjustable air distribution plates and baking tray placement layers. It fully includes the basic structure of hot air circulation, steam heating, dehumidification and temperature control.
II, Principle of operation
The chamber and parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring excellent sealing performance. Equipped with a moisture exhaust vent to promptly remove water vapor, it guarantees high drying efficiency. Temperature and timer settings can be independently controlled, making it suitable for low-temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials, with low operating complexity and simple maintenance. Multiple layers of drying trays can be configured according to production capacity, enabling large batch loading and low investment cost.
The equipment features a simple structure and strong versatility, capable of drying wet granules and medicinal herbs, as well as sterilizing and drying instruments. Its main drawback is that it operates intermittently, resulting in longer drying cycles and requiring more manual loading and unloading. The entire unit is clean and easy to wash, compliant with GMP standards, making it the preferred choice for drying small to medium batches of diverse materials, with broad application coverage.
