1. Anti-corrosion coating structure
o Bottom layer (FBE): epoxy powder coating (≥100μm), providing substrate adhesion and electrochemical protection;
o Intermediate layer (AD): copolymer adhesive (170–250μm), bonding FBE and PE layers;
Outer layer (PE): Polyethylene (1.8–3.7mm), resistant to mechanical impact and chemical corrosion, commonly used in hydraulic projects with thicknesses ranging from 2.5–3.5mm.
2. Material and pressure rating
o Base material: Q235B (low pressure fluid), L245M (oil and gas standard), yield strength ≥245MPa;
Pressure-bearing capacity: Steel pipes with a wall thickness of ≥10mm and a diameter of DN600 or above are suitable for Class GC2 industrial pipelines (high-pressure water transmission).
