| Production Line: | We has ability to process workpieces by own, this can help controlling quantity well from beginning. Now the factory has various machine tools such as plazma cutting machines, laser cutting machine, disk saws, shot blasting machine, CNC lathes, CNC boring machine, CNC wirecutting machine, total around 40 machine tools.
Each work piece will be dealed with several times by our workers seriously, after sawed, rough grinded, fine grinded, heat treatment, hard chrome plated, workpieces are piled up neatly, waiting to be assembled.
At the asembly workshops workers will spend sereval weeks to set up a roll forming machine, testing materials. And finially a roll forming machine is finished. |
