Structure of drywall partition frame stud channel roll former machine
The whole production process including punching and cutting is controlled by PLC, rollers manually adjustment if different dimensions of manufacturing is needed.
This roll forming machine consists of 3 tons manually uncoiler, chain driven transmission, forming rollers, mainframe(including guiding platform), cutting, hydraulic system and stacker.
Working process of drywall partition frame stud channel roll former machine
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) →rolling & forming→ flying saw cutting → stacker running out

Products made by this machine is easy to install, used together with different colors can make it appear dye-in-the-wood individual character. Width of 75, 100, 150, 200, and 300 C-shaped keel can be assembled arbitrarily, and they are connected tightly. They can be fixed on the device which is specially used for keels, they can tear down individually.
