Product Features
This flanged, electric-actuated triple-eccentric hard-seal butterfly valve is manufactured in strict compliance with the ANSI standards. It utilizes industrial-grade WCB cast steel as the uniform base material for both the valve body and disc, paired with a standard industrial electric actuator and proven metal hard-seal technology. All parameters meet mainstream engineering specifications, delivering “universal interfaces, universal components, stable performance, and minimal maintenance.” These four core values establish it as the benchmark for automated control selection, offering high compatibility and cost-effectiveness for 24-inch medium-pressure, high-flow pipelines.
Product Advantages
● The valve is equipped with an industrial-standard electric actuator tailored for 24-inch operating conditions, ensuring precise matching between the output torque and the opening/closing resistance of the disc. Leveraging the low-torque characteristics of the triple-eccentric design, smooth operation is achieved without the need for oversized actuators. The full 0–90° stroke is smooth and shock-free, with high opening adjustment precision, supporting both rapid on/off control and continuous flow regulation.
● Featuring an all-metal hard-on-hard sealing pair structure, both the valve seat and the butterfly disc sealing surfaces undergo surface hardening and strengthening treatments. Through a one-to-one precision matching and lapping process, circumferential contact accuracy is calibrated to ensure uniform sealing pressure across the entire 24-inch circumference, meeting the bubble-tight, zero-leakage sealing standard.
● The valve body and both end flanges are integrally cast from the same WCB material, eliminating welded joints and stress-prone weak points. The robust structural rigidity enables the valve to uniformly withstand composite loads caused by pipeline vibrations, water flow impacts, and thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring that the valve body remains aligned and the sealing reference does not deviate during long-term operation.
