Product Features
Designed for medium-pressure piping systems handling non-corrosive and mildly corrosive media such as steam, industrial water, oils, and natural gas, the WCB carbon steel valve body provides a solid foundation for withstanding pressure and temperature, while the 304 stainless steel butterfly disc ensures a clean, rust-resistant flow path. The large DN250 diameter accommodates high-flow transport requirements, while the PN16 rating precisely matches medium-pressure operating conditions. The combination of a carbon steel body and stainless steel flow-through surfaces creates a reliable shut-off mechanism that ensures zero leakage during purely manual operation.
Product Advantages
● A multi-bolt flange ring forms a closed load-bearing ring, evenly distributing the thermal expansion thrust, water hammer bending moments, and self-weight of the pipeline, ensuring the valve seat sealing surface remains flat and free of warping over long service periods.
● The Stellite alloy-clad sealing surface, with a hardness of HRC 65, directly resists continuous erosion from steam-induced rust, fine sand in water, and coke powder in oil products. It maintains contact without wear, becoming smoother over time, and offers a service life several times longer than that of soft seals.
● In the event of a power outage, air supply failure, or fire, the valve can be fully closed manually, ensuring a safety level as steadfast as a mountain.
