Product Features
Fully constructed of 304 stainless steel for complete rust resistance; 12-inch large bore for unobstructed flow; precise 150LB pressure rating. The one-piece body with an integrated sealing surface ensures complete material uniformity. Leveraging the inherent rust-resistant properties of pure 304 stainless steel, it provides a highly efficient, manual, zero-leakage shut-off solution for clean, low-to-medium pressure pipelines in environments with mild corrosion and no particulate scouring.
Product Advantages
● The first and second eccentricities allow the butterfly disc to disengage from the seat as soon as it opens, while the third eccentric conical seal generates the final wedging force. This significantly reduces scraping on the sealing surfaces, ensuring that torque does not increase even after thousands of cycles.
● The self-locking characteristic of the worm gear allows the butterfly disc to remain precisely at any opening position without the need for an external brake, enabling stepless flow regulation.
● The sealing pair consists of precision-matched 304 stainless steel components with rigid all-metal engagement, eliminating seal contamination and ensuring a service life equal to that of the pipeline.
