Product Features
Solves the challenges of slow shutoff, leakage, and short service life in medium- and low-pressure valve applications! The WCB+316 gradient material strikes a balance between cost and performance, while the Class 300LB rating ensures safe and reliable performance under medium- and low-pressure conditions. The pneumatic actuator enables millisecond-level emergency shutoff, isolating the hazard source immediately; the soft seal provides excellent sealing performance, and the triple-offset design ensures smooth, friction-free opening and closing, significantly reducing the risk of safety incidents and overall operational and maintenance costs.
Product Advantages
● The non-penetrating long bolts with a closed-lug connection maintain consistent clamping force over time. With bolts on both sides applying force independently, the risk of external leakage is inherently lower.
● Under pressure from the disc, the sealing ring compensates for microscopic irregularities, easily achieving ANSI Class VI bubble-tight shutoff. It effectively seals water, oil, and gas—a feat that hard seals cannot match at the same cost.
● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the disc disengages from the seat the moment it opens and presses against it precisely the moment it closes. Throughout the 90° rotation, the sealing surfaces experience zero friction and zero scraping.
