Product Features
The WCB carbon steel body provides exceptional resistance to impact and water hammer, while the 316 stainless steel sealing surfaces withstand mild to moderate corrosion and particle erosion; the PN16 nominal pressure is suitable for the vast majority of medium-pressure industrial pipelines; the wafer-type design is lightweight and space-saving, facilitating easy installation and maintenance; the pneumatic actuator enables millisecond-level rapid opening and closing; The triple-offset hard-seal design ensures friction-free operation throughout the entire opening and closing cycle, providing a tight seal with zero leakage. With outstanding overall performance, it is the ideal choice for automated control in harsh operating conditions.
Product Advantages
● The pneumatic drive can be integrated with a positioner for precise regulation; the fail-safe mode (FC/FO) ensures automatic reset in the event of air or power loss, meeting ESD emergency shutdown and safety interlock requirements.
● The valve body is made of WCB cast carbon steel, providing high strength, toughness, and resistance to thermal fatigue, while effectively absorbing pipeline stress and pressure pulsations; the disc and sealing surfaces are made of 316 austenitic stainless steel, which, thanks to its excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, maintains long-term integrity of the sealing surfaces in steam, thermal oil, petroleum products, mildly corrosive media, and gases.
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the operating torque is extremely low, significantly reducing the size of the pneumatic actuator and air consumption.
