Product Features
The valve body, disc, and other major components are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, as well as a high-quality surface finish. The valve body features lugs that allow it to be clamped directly between two pipe flanges via bolt holes, enabling both independent disassembly and the function of a blind flange at the end of a pipeline. The valve stem axis is offset from both the center of the disc and the center of the pipeline. Upon opening, the disc rapidly disengages from the seat, ensuring the sealing pair remains friction-free and scratch-free throughout the entire operation.
Product Advantages
●Thanks to the 304 stainless steel construction, the valve offers long-term resistance to corrosion from atmospheric exposure, water, weak acids and alkalis, and various neutral media. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring high cleanliness standards and effectively prevents rust contamination. The frictionless design significantly reduces opening and closing torque, allowing for the use of actuators with lower torque requirements, thereby reducing equipment investment and operational energy consumption.
●The lug-type connection eliminates the need for mating flanges and gaskets, resulting in a lightweight, compact design and quick installation; it can serve as both a pipeline shut-off valve and an end-of-line blind flange, offering flexible installation options.
