Made of corrosion-resistant and durable 316L stainless steel, it offers safe and reliable performance with a Class 150LB low-pressure rating. The multi-layer hard seal provides wear and erosion resistance, while the triple-eccentric design ensures smooth, jam-free operation, significantly extending valve service life and reducing operational and maintenance costs.
Product Advantages
● Features a composite sealing pair combining metal and flexible graphite, offering both the rigid support of metal and the micro-compensating elasticity of graphite.
● The valve body, disc, and other major components are all made of 316L ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum enhances resistance to chloride pitting and acid-alkali corrosion. ● The ultra-low-carbon design eliminates the risk of intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone of welds at the source, ensuring safe operation in chemical processes, seawater, chlorine-containing media, and high-purity process pipelines.
● The lug-type connection facilitates easy installation and removal, ensuring zero damage to the valve body sealing surfaces during disassembly and inspection, thereby significantly reducing maintenance costs.
