Constructed from 316 stainless steel, suitable for general corrosive media; features a worm gear reduction mechanism that significantly reduces operating torque and enables precise adjustment; rated at Class 150LB nominal pressure, ensuring stable performance under low-pressure conditions. The combination of multi-layer hard seals and a triple-eccentric design ensures long-lasting, leak-free fluid shutoff.
Product Advantages
●The valve’s worm gear reduction mechanism amplifies operating torque several times over, ensuring smooth and effortless opening and closing even under high pressure differentials, without impact damage.
● The multi-layer hard seal prevents cold flow and thermal relaxation under alternating hot and cold conditions involving steam, thermal oil, and corrosive media, achieving zero leakage in both directions across the full pressure differential.
● Each lug features a threaded hole, allowing bolts to be screwed directly into the valve body. Even after removing a pipe on one side, the valve remains tightly sealed against upstream pressure, serving both as a shut-off valve and a flanged blind flange.
