Product Features
Solves the challenges of leakage and maintenance in low-pressure, large-diameter pipelines. The 304 stainless steel valve body meets hygiene requirements whilst offering resistance to mild corrosion; the DN700 bore ensures efficient flow, and the PN10 low-pressure rating guarantees smooth operation. The all-metal hard seal is wear-resistant, and the triple-offset design allows for effortless opening and closing. With a single installation, it offers long-term reliability and significantly reduces operational and maintenance costs.
Product Advantages
● The valve features a lug-type design, making it significantly lighter than double-flanged valves of the same specification. This facilitates easy installation and hoisting, substantially reducing pipeline support costs.
● The valve body, disc and other flow-through components are all manufactured from 304 austenitic stainless steel. With its excellent resistance to oxidation and uniform corrosion, it provides a stable and reliable corrosion barrier in media such as weak acids and alkalis.
● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the automatic wedging effect ensures that the higher the medium pressure, the greater the sealing contact pressure, resulting in a tighter seal as the valve closes. This extends service life exponentially, truly achieving maintenance-free, long-term operation for large-diameter shut-off applications.
