Product Features
Leveraging the exceptional corrosion resistance of 904L super austenitic stainless steel, this valve is precisely engineered for PN10 low-pressure systems. It combines a full-metal hard-seal design with triple-eccentric frictionless opening and closing technology to address valve aging and leakage issues in low-pressure environments with strong acids, high chlorine concentrations, and severe corrosion, thereby ensuring reliable fluid control.
Product Advantages
● When disassembling a wafer-type connection, simply loosen the bolts at both ends to remove the entire valve body. There is no need to move adjacent pipes or shut down long sections of upstream or downstream piping, thereby minimizing downtime.
● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are made of 904L super austenitic stainless steel. Thanks to the synergistic strengthening provided by high nickel, chromium, molybdenum, and copper content, the valve exhibits near-immune resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion in highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, halides, and high-concentration chloride ions, demonstrating near-immune resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion. It is particularly well-suited for high-risk applications involving dilute sulfuric acid at ambient temperatures and low to medium pressures, as well as hot concentrated phosphoric acid.
● The sealing pair utilizes precision-ground hard alloys to achieve rigid metal-to-metal engagement. This eliminates potential failures caused by cold flow, thermal creep, and elastic aging.
