The High-Speed UV Spot and Overall Coating machine operates at a maximum speed of 9000 sheets per hour using an upper-swaygripper-pass-sheet method. Its UV curing system is equipped with a Teflon conveying belt which ensures higher speed, precise orientation, higher efficiency in UV curing, and lower power consumption. Sheet Transferring Unit
Our upper swing sheet transferring method guarantees precise and seamless transfer of sheets at high speed to the pressure cylinder.
Enhanced Varnish Delivery System
Our advanced varnish delivery system is equipped with steel and rubber rollers, along with a metering roller that allows for easy control over varnish consumption and volume. Additionally, our innovative doctor blade design ensures consistent and precise application of the varnish, meeting the demands of your products. (Varnish consumption and volume can be determined by the LPI of the ceramic anilox roller.) With this system, you can operate smoothly and efficiently without any hassle.
Transferring Unit
The gripper transfers sheets from the pressure cylinder and the air volume blowing function ensures smooth and scratch-free transfer.
Conveying Unit
The upper and lower conveyor belts gently curve thin sheets for smooth delivery without any surface damage.
Sheet Delivery
The Sheet Delivery system is designed to make sheet pile delivery effortless and efficient. It uses an automatic pneumatic patting mechanism that is controlled by a photoelectric detecting sensor to ensure that sheets are stacked neatly. Additionally, the electronic control allows for the safe and quick retrieval of sheet samples for inspection. With this system in place, sheet delivery is sure to be smooth and hassle-free.
