The BHM Start 300 is a high-speed, fully automatic edge banding machine designed for panel shops and small to medium-sized processing factories. It features a user-friendly vertical display control panel and a hand-crank digital display for precise pressure beam height adjustment. Equipped with a large-capacity glue pot for continuous operation, it processes panels in a single pass through a complete cycle: feeding, gluing, pressing, rough trimming, end trimming, corner trimming, heavy-duty dust collection via a large-diameter vacuum system, fine scraping, and polishing. The machine handles board thicknesses from 10-60mm and edge banding materials from 0.3-3mm, with a compact footprint of 3500*750*1500mm.
