This is a fully automatic edge banding machine designed for professional panel edge processing. It is suitable for panels with a thickness of 10–60 mm, a minimum width of 50 mm, and a minimum length of 70 mm. The machine dimensions are 3500 × 750 × 1500 mm, with a total weight of 1000 kg. It operates on 380V/50Hz industrial voltage, with a total power of 7 kW and a working air pressure of 0.7 MPa. Equipped with an adjustable conveyor system running at 18–24 m/min, it can handle edge banding materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.3 to 3 mm, providing integrated edge processing from end cutting, fine trimming, scraping, to buffing.
High Precision Machining: Single-guide end cutting system ensures clean cuts on both panel ends; high-speed oblique cutting motor with alloy disc enables smooth and even trimming with convenient adjustment.
Excellent Surface Finish: The scraping unit removes ripple marks from trimming, making the upper and lower edges smoother and neater; buffing further enhances the smoothness and appearance of the edge section.
Intelligent and Stable Control: Encoder and PLC-based microcomputer control system ensures sensitive response and low failure rate. Time-based control principles enhance operational stability and safety.
Uniform and Strong Glue Application: Spiral glue coating structure with heated glue tank ensures even adhesive distribution and strong bonding for reliable edge attachment.
High Adaptability: Supports a wide range of panel sizes and edge banding thicknesses, suitable for precise edge banding of small to medium-sized panels.
