1. Pre-Milling System Equipped with dual high-speed milling cutters, this station prepares the substrate edge by removing burrs, grain marks, or uneven cuts. This ensures a perfectly flat surface for optimal contact with the edge banding material.
2. Precision Glue Application The machine utilizes a spiral glue application structure within the heated pot. This mechanism ensures that hot melt adhesive is distributed evenly across the entire edge, guaranteeing strong, durable bonding that resists peeling.
3. Multi-Stage Trimming & Scraping
Rough Trimming: Reduces the load on subsequent tools and prevents chipping, especially on brittle materials like veneer.
Fine Trimming: Utilizes high-speed oblique cutting motors and alloy discs to create a smooth, precise edge profile.
Scraping Units: Dual scraping stations eliminate ripple marks caused by cutting vibrations. The flat scraping process provides a secondary refinement, leaving the edge surface exceptionally smooth.
4. End Cutting & Polishing A stable single-guide rail end cutter trims the panel ends flush for clean corners. The process concludes with a high-speed buffing station that polishes the sealed edge, enhancing the luster and tactile quality of the finished product.

The BHM388Y integrates a standard PLC microcomputer control system based on time-control principles. This intelligent setup, combined with a high-sensitivity encoder, manages all machine actions.
