Key Functions
The core control system of the machine consists of an encoder and an intelligent PLC. The encoder realizes the unified control of all mechanical actions, featuring sensitive response, precise coordination and extremely low failure rate. The PLC microcomputer control system adopts time control logic to enhance operation stability and safety, ensuring accurate execution of each process. The glue tank melts hot melt adhesive evenly and applies glue through a spiral structure, which makes the glue layer uniform and the bonding firm. The end cutting system uses a single guide rail structure to accurately cut the two ends of the panel. The fine trimming unit uses a high-speed oblique cutting motor with an alloy disc to achieve smooth and flat trimming effect. The scraping device removes ripples and lines generated during cutting, making the edge surface flatter. The buffing mechanism polishes the edge sealing part to achieve a smooth and delicate surface effect. The whole processing flow is fully automatic and continuous, without manual intervention in the middle.
