Key Features
The BHM S300 automates the entire workflow through a series of synchronized stages, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality:
1. Precision Hot Melt Gluing
The process begins with a high-efficiency spiral glue tank. This system ensures the adhesive is heated uniformly and applied evenly to the panel edge. The consistent bonding layer is crucial for preventing delamination and ensuring the edge banding adheres perfectly to the substrate.
2. End Trimming & Squaring
Equipped with a single-guide rail system, the machine performs precise cross-cutting at both the entry and exit ends of the panel. This ensures that the final product is perfectly square and free of frayed edges, a critical requirement for high-end cabinetry and furniture.
3. Fine Trimming & Scraping
After the banding is applied, a high-speed oblique cutting motor with a tungsten carbide disc trims the excess material flush with the panel surface. A dedicated scraping station then follows to eliminate any microscopic wave marks left by the trimmer, preparing the surface for the final polish.
4. Mirror Polishing
The final stage utilizes a buffing unit to bring the sealed edge to a high-gloss, mirror-like finish. This not only enhances the visual appeal of the product but also seals the edge against moisture and wear.

With a conveyor speed of 18-24 meters per minute, the S300 is built for speed without sacrificing quality. The integrated encoder ensures that all mechanical movements are synchronized, allowing for rapid processing of large batches.
