BHM368F Automatic Edge banding machine is a standardized woodworking edge sealing equipment developed by Baihang Machinery for panel furniture whole-house customization production lines. Glue is coated uniformly without glue break or accumulation, tightly bonding edge tape and boards to prevent degumming under high temperature and humid overseas working conditions.
Integrated 5-in-1 Processing for Premium Finished Appearance: Four fine processing units are integrated: single-guide rail end cutting trims redundant edge tape on both board ends; high-speed alloy inclined cutter shapes the upper and lower edge profiles; scraping unit removes ripple marks left by trimming; final buffing delivers smooth edge surface without burrs or uneven glue lines, meeting mid-to-high end furniture appearance standards.
Wide Compatibility for Various Boards & Strong Versatility: It fits boards of 10-60mm and edge tapes of 0.3-3mm, covering thin panels, standard cabinet boards and thick door panels.
