This heavy-duty industrial edge banding station is independently developed by Baihang Machinery for medium & large furniture factories, covering full-process panel edge finishing from pre-milling to polishing in one continuous workflow. It delivers stable high-speed operation, ultra-precise trimming effect and long service life, perfectly matching mass production of custom cabinets, wardrobe panels, wooden doors and office furniture boards. Compatible with PVC, melamine, solid wood veneer and ABS edge tapes, it eliminates manual secondary polishing and trimming to cut labor waste and improve finished product uniformity.

The machine adopts modular split working units, each independently adjustable for different plate thickness and edge tape specifications:

1. Dual Pre-Milling Unit

   Equipped with twin high-frequency milling motors and alloy cutter heads, it removes saw burrs, diagonal cutting marks and uneven edges on raw panels. Flat board surfaces greatly strengthen glue adhesion between edge tape and substrate, avoiding gaps or degumming after long-term use.

2. Constant-Temperature Spiral Glue Coating Tank

   Large-capacity anti-carbonization glue pot with spiral stirring roller ensures uniform hot melt glue coverage. Independent temperature control module prevents glue scorching, maintains consistent viscosity during non-stop production, and delivers firm, bubble-free bonding results.

3. Dual-End Rough Trimming Station

   Single linear guide end cutter trims excess edge tape at front & rear panel ends synchronously. It reduces impact on subsequent fine trimming blades, lowers tool wear, and avoids edge tape cracking during processing thin PVC strips.

4. High-Speed Fine Trimming Group

   Tilt adjustable high-speed cutting motors with wear-resistant alloy saw blades. Operators can quickly adjust cutting depth via handwheel scales, realizing smooth, burr-free upper & lower edge trimming for 0.3–3mm thick edge bands.

5. Contour Tracking Copying Unit

   Dynamic floating copying mechanism eliminates wavy marks left by trimming blades on panel corners. It fits tightly against board contours to smooth uneven transition zones between board and edge tape, creating seamless rounded corner finishes.

6. Flat Scraping Unit

   Precision scraping blades remove residual glue lines and tiny ripples on edge tape surfaces after tracking processing, leveling protruding edges to lay a foundation for mirror polishing.

7. Double Buffing Polishing Station

   Two sets of soft cotton polishing wheels rotate in opposite directions to erase minor scratches, restore edge tape gloss, and unify the texture of board and edge band for high-end furniture visual effects

The whole machine is controlled by Delta PLC + 7-inch touch color screen, with real-time running status display, fault self-diagnosis and one-click parameter memory function. All core pneumatic, transmission and electrical parts adopt internationally well-known brands to stabilize long-hour operation and lower failure frequency:
