The ABSS3725 4-Magnet 95 mm Anti-Lock Rear Drum Brake Lock is developed for shared e-bike fleets and OEM mobility platforms that specify a four-magnet wheel-speed sensing layout. It combines 95 mm expansion-brake performance, vehicle-controlled rear-wheel locking and model-specific Hall sensing in a rear hub left-side or rear motor left-side installation direction.

Four evenly distributed magnets per ring provide the ABSS3725 sensing arrangement for project-defined wheel-movement input. Technology / How It Works

The 95 mm expansion-brake mechanism produces rear-wheel braking by applying the brake shoes against the internal braking surface through the vehicle's matched mechanical actuation. Its expansion-brake performance is evaluated in accordance with ISO 4210-2015.

For locking, the vehicle controller communicates through the selected project interface. Four-magnet Hall sensing provides wheel-movement input for the configured electronic protection speed. The independent 30 RPM mechanical safety locking condition adds a physical locking-safety boundary. Together they support movement-aware lock control while the expansion brake retains its matched mechanical actuation. OTA support is available for the electronic lock within the approved project architecture.
