Forming Process
Cold Forming: Suitable for 316L stainless steel plates with a thickness ≤11mm, maintaining the original mechanical properties of the material.
Hot Forming: For materials with thickness ≥12mm or high-strength alloys, heating temperature is controlled at 850℃-1050℃.
Surface Treatment
Chemical Polishing: Achieves surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6μm, reducing medium adhesion.
Passivation Treatment: Strengthens the surface oxide film, enhancing resistance to harsh media.
