| Production Line: | SHINHO has established its production department covered an area of 1500 square meters include Assembly Workshop, Testing Area， Packing Area, Aging Room, Clean Room and Engineer Dept. There are 2 production lines in the workshop, one is for touchscreen monitor , another is for panel PC . We have about 50 staffes working in production depart, 30 skilled workers for assembling, 10 staffes for testing and packing , 10 engineers and technicians for R&D, sample customization and Flexible Manufacturing. The output of our factory is 5000pcs per month. Our factory has passed the ISO9001:2008 quality system authentication, all products receive CE, FCC, ROHS certifications. Our aim is to provide the best price/quality ratio products for customers.

| History: | We began as most companies do, with an idea. Since the mid 90s of last century, Chinese industry has been growing rapidly, there is a great demand for industrial computer for factory automation . Different with personal computer, the requirements of industrial computer is diversified and each requirement doesn’t demand a big quantity. Industrial compute producers don’t like this, they like mass production and sell their standard models. The founders of SHINHO want to create a special factory , which is flexible , efficient, tailored, to produce customized products to meet customers’ diversified requirements. r
In the beginning of the startup, the going was a bit rough, we integrated the resources and technologies to make customized industrial panel PCs and touch screen monitors for our customers . More and more experienced engineers and technicians joined us , that gave us the great strength for supplying custom solution to meet any requirements of our customers . Through many years of accumulation , our products and services extended gradually from initial industrial automation to commercial smart terminals, intelligent devices, human-machine interface etc. Now we have wide range of products , but always , our core value is customization.

| Service: | The principle of our service team is "Customer-Centric". Any feedback from the customers will be regarded as the important and urgent task, our well-trained service staff will handle it in the first place. We will be at your service all the time from pre-sale to after-sale, customer’s satisfaction is our highest honor.
After sale service
1. We offer a life-long maintenance that is free in the first year.
2. In the first year after you received the products , if there is quality problem happening to the products, pls send us the pictures or video to showing the fault phenomenon, so can help our technicians to analyze the cause of problem, then we will send you the necessary spare parts and teach you how to repair it, free of charge.
3.If we can't find out the cause of failure, you can return the defective product to us, we will repair it and resend it to you in one week. If the defective product can't be repaired, we will send you a new one for replacement, free of charge.
4. Please note that man-made damage is out the scope of free warranty.
5. After the first year of free warranty, we will charge you the factory cost for the replaced accessories, free for maintenance.
6. If your order comes to a certain quantity, we will provide you some spare units, for replacing the defective product. The number of spare units depends on the quantity of your order and the model of the products.
