Manual Starters
Manual starters are devices operated manually, designed for simple and straightforward operation without requiring expert intervention. The starter includes a button or rotary knob that enables users to turn connected equipment on or off.

Important Note: Manual starters do not break the control circuit during power loss, which means the motor could restart automatically when power is restored. This may require special safety considerations in certain appliions.
How Starter Motors Work
When the engine is activated (via stop/start button or traditional key), an electrical signal is sent to the starter solenoid. This component transfers the charge from the vehicle's battery to the starter motor.
The electrical current activates both the starter motor and the starter drive (Bendix gear system), which engages the vehicle's flywheel. As the starter motor turns, it cranks the engine to initiate the combustion process in petrol and diesel vehicles.
Once the engine is running, the mechanism disconnects the starter motor from the gear and flywheel, as the engine no longer requires the electrical spark to maintain operation.
