This 9064066 EX210 bottom track roller is a specialized leak-proof undercarriage load-bearing roller designed for long-hour uninterrupted excavator operation. Different from ordinary single-seal track rollers that suffer frequent oil leakage in continuous working conditions, this lower roller adopts upgraded double floating seal structure as core design. Dual independent floating oil seals form double-layer sealed protection inside the roller body, effectively blocking external mud, water and dust infiltration, and completely solving internal lubricating oil leakage failure during long-time continuous running. Under long-term vibration, high temperature and muddy site environment, the single seal ring is easy to age, deform and lose tightness, leading to oil leakage, shaft dry friction, roller stuck and early scrappage. Our 9064066 track roller is equipped with double floating seal system. The inner and outer dual seals share working pressure, resist high temperature aging and mud erosion jointly. Each finished roller passes mandatory air tightness pressure inspection before delivery, ensuring no oil seepage and no seal failure even under 24-hour non-stop continuous operation.
